"Good base for sightseeing Paris, 10minute walk to the local metro (boulangerie on the way was very good) and then approx 20minutes into Paris. Good room however bed felt like a fold away sofa bed so wasn’t the best we’ve slept on. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice Italian next door. Only downside was the bed apart from this would stay again if we visited Paris again."

"We stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 days and were very pleased. The location of the hotel is far from the center, but you can easily go anywhere you want in a short time of 30 minutes with the buses numbered 70 and 244 that pass right in front of the hotel. Since it is far from the center, we can say that it is a price-performance hotel. I think it is one of the best hotels to stay in terms of price-performance around Paris. The rooms are very large, but unfortunately the bathroom is small. Those who really come to discover Paris will only use the room for sleeping and taking a shower, so you don't need to worry about the small bathroom😊"

"Very, very good hotel, the bedroom is clean and spacious, the bathroom is large and comfortable, it is only 5 minutes away from Surenes Mont-Valerien train station, and this station is only half an hour's drive from the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and other attractions, Transportation is very convenient. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly, very good living experience."

"The hotel is overall good. Pros: Located around 30 minutes taxi ride to all main scenic spots, Hotel is clean and well maintained. Cons:The air condition system doesnt work, it was -2 degree outside but the heating was not working, we asked several times to fix it but they just gave us a room heater to use and didnt fix the air condition The breakfast is just minimal and not many options except bread and some basic items"

"The front desk service attitude is very, very good! Help make the bed, very enthusiastic! It's almost time to get off work, so I'm here again to help solve the problem. There is a bus station and a supermarket nearby, and it is quiet. The only problem: the bathroom is leaking"

"Lovely little hotel. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating. The room was clean and although compact, had more than enough room for the 8 day stay we had. I would highly recommend this sweet hotel to anyone. The only thing I missed was having some kind of kettle in the room for tea."

"Location nice and quiet area with some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Close to la defense Room small, but comfortable bed. NO AIR CON a big negative for me even though it is advertised as having AIr Con. 28 degrees yesterday, room very warm. No way of cooling it down. Room was not made up any night of our stay. We were given fresh towels, no more. On a budget, it is fine but don't expect much more. Breakfast ok too Exterior of hotel could do with attention."
