This is my second time staying at this hotel, also happy with the stay. The staff very nice and cafe downstair is incredible. Will have next time for sure!!

Very bad, I booked almost a month in advance, but when I checked in on the day of my stay, the staff said the hotel was full and would refund me. I booked two rooms. The management was very bad. The staff came and said they thought it was cancelled. Very confused. I always pass on this kind of hotel.

Very good service, comfortable atmosphere in the room, convenient travel. If going, will go back to stay again. But the room doesn't keep much sound. And the person next to the room had no respect for the other guests at all. It was more than 1 a.m. and he was still making loud noises without any consideration. Found this place after arriving in Surat Thani en route to Koh Phenang to find all ferries cancelled. My wife and I were really pleased with location, staff and accommodation- basic room with everything required - very reasonable price- cafe downstairs did great coffee, sandwiches, cakes and croissants plus good breakfast tea. The owner Nop has created a quality place that we would highly recommend.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, convenient to travel to many places, the market, walking street, and close to the school where the exam will take place. So chose to stay here. Inside the room is clean, very impressive. Soft mattress, comfortable sleep. Luggage storage service available before check-in. If you go early The staff provide good service.
