Staffs generally friendly but the room is old and has bad smell and not very clean.Locations is great, walking distance to food street.

This place is a gem! Clean rooms, nice bathroom, great wifi (on my second stay it improved a lot). I would recommend this place to anyone, I did two (1) night stays here when I was waiting to catch a ferry or flight and both times I enjoyed my stay here! Would be good for couples or families as there is a cafe inside the hotel. 7-11 nearby within walking distance. No complaints from me in this place. Will stay here again in the future.

Hotel is in the mainstance of the City Surat Thani. City is possible to arrived by feed. The hotel room is clean and stuff is friendly. Some little stuff speak english for conversation but most of the stuff does not. The breakfast was not as good as all, to times I had some animal in my meal... this was not ok... For travel should borrow und motorbike from a shop. Its not far away to from the hotel. But at all its ok.

The only disadvantage is that the door system is a bit old and difficult to open. Everything else is good. Cool air conditioner, clean room, delicious breakfast.

Good and clean hotel, breakfast is ok, staff service is good, hotel is clean, Wi-Fi is good, air conditioning is cool, bed is soft, everything is good. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel still doesn't look very old. The bathroom is ok, clean. The bath towels are quite old, the room is spacious, but the parking lot is separated from the hotel. The day I came, it was quite difficult. However, it was wet. The staff informed that if checking out late, 100 baht per hour when arriving at the hotel is quite late and very tired. Surat at night Gradually, there is a rider like in Bangkok, the hotel kitchen is closed, and it's raining, so I will go out to buy it by myself, I have to go through the rain and go out to the parking lot (Eight rain, four sun)

Nice hotel: I used to plug the TV fork electricity. I got a drag board on the platform yesterday. 2) I washed my shirt for fear of dripping water hanging in the toilet, back to hang it on the window frame with the curtain drawn, was dried. Not many hotels can do it. Hardware enough, very hearty. Big C is right across from the big supermarket nearby. There is also food court inside. There are also restaurants nearby. thank you!
