When I went to Surat, I lived in TGB at first, but it was almost all vegetarian. I couldn't bear it. Later, I often lived in Gateway, this is the first time I live here. In short, the rooms are very new, and the rooms of the same grade are about the same size as the Gateway, but there are fewer facilities and the garden area is very limited. Locals still prefer parties that are engaged in weddings in the Gateway. The place is relatively biased, and taxis can only be booked through the front desk or online. Ordered without breakfast, then ate two meals. At checkout the front desk said that breakfast was included and there were two more. I regret it when I didn't check in.

In a time when many hotels inconvenience their customers with rigid check-in and check-out policies, The Park in Surat is setting a new benchmark for hospitality. One of my business associates was traveling from Mumbai to Surat, and due to an unavoidable schedule, he was arriving at 10:00 AM. I explained the situation and requested assistance from the manager, Mr. Guna. Despite the hotel being fully booked the previous night, he assured us that he would do his best. To our delight, they arranged a room within 10 minutes of the guest’s arrival. The staff’s courteous, accommodating, and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience.
