มาถึง รร วันที่ 14กย เวลา 22.00โดยประมาณ ทาง พนง. แจ้งว่าบุ้คกิ้งยกเลิก โดย Trip ติดต่อลูกค้าตรงไม่ได้ ซึ่งทางเราไม่ได้รับการติดต่อใดๆ และ
เช้าวันที่ 15กย ได้มีการสอบถามทาง Trip จนท แจ้งว่าไม่ได้ติดต่อมาทางเราเลย และห้องก็กดคอนเฟิร์มจากทางโรงแรมปกติ
ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าอัพเกรดห้องให้ และแถมหมอนผ้าห่มให้เป็นการบริการที่สามารถทำได้ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ทางเราต้องได้รับอยู่แล้วเพราะกดเลือกจำนวนคนผ่านเว็ป Trip ตั้งแต่ต้น
เชคเอาท์เลท ทางโรงแรมขอปรับเงิน พร้อมทั้งแจ้งว่าเราได้บริการผ้าห่ม หมอนให้แล้ว ต้องขอเก็บเงินเพิ่มทั้งที่ในเวปแจ้งว่าชนิดห้องนอน 4 คน
*เพิ่มเติม ห้องที่ได้รับคือห้องที่ต่ำกว่าชนิดห้องที่จอง

*คีย์การ์ดใช้งานไม่ได้แจ้งว่าถ่านหมด ซึ่งเราลองเดินเช็คห้องอื่นๆก็ใช้ไม่ได้ทั้งหมด ใช้แม่กุญแจล็อคห้องแทน
*ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ รร เมธิรา คุ้มปรุ ใส่ชุดนักศึกษาแจ้งว่ามีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจสูงสุด และไม่ได้ส่งเรื่องให้กับ พนง เวรเช้า จึงทำให้ไม่มีการทราบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
*ทางเรามีคลิปเสียงเวลา 18.00 ที่ทาง พนง พูดไว้ว่าเดี๋ยวให้ลูกค้ามาก่อน ดีกว่าไม่มีห้องให้ลูกค้า ซึ่งในความเป็นจริงแล้วควรจะสอบถามเรามาก่อนไปถึง รร เพื่อแจ้งปัญหาล่วงหน้า

วันนี้มีโอกาสได้ไปที่นครราชสีมา และพักที่ลอฟท์ แอท สีมา ที่พักสไตล์ลอฟท์ บอกเลยว่าสวนเกินคาดมากค่ะ ตอนแรกจองห้องเล็ก แต่พอไปถึงห้องเต็ม พนักงานเลยให้พักห้องใหญ่ ห้องใหญ่คือสวยมากๆ เป็นห้องที่สามารถร้องคาราโอเกะได้ และมีอ่างอาบน้ำใหญ่ที่สวยมากๆ บอกเลยประทับใจมากค่ะ 💖
