This is for second time i was stayed at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya, first for business trip and second for Family Trip. We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.

With a very relatively affordable price, this hotel is quite good. The room is big enough for two people, the service is good, the staff is easy to ask for help, likes to smile, and during our stay here 3 days, the room is always cleaned.. The food was pretty good, although there wasn't much variation, but there were fruits, chicken porridge, fried rice, fried noodles etc. Maybe it's a little less light room, the daylight looks less light, And it's better to have a foot socks and slippers.

The bathroom is equipped with liquid soap, clean. available tootbrush, Although it's just for one. Two couples. The staff's hospitality is enough.

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

Location of the hotel is the best! It's in Jalan Tunjungan area which is the most crowded pedestrian street in the center of Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza Mall which is the second biggest mall in Indonesia, just across the street!
The hotel itself was okay. I was on 12th floor so I got a very beautiful view. Bed was nice, pillow and TV were nice, carpet was clean, AC was not cool at first but we called the staff and he fixed the problem. But the bathroom wall was not that clean, and the shower leaked to the ceiling. The amenities was just okay, and there was a fridge cabinet but no fridge inside π€£. Honestly I expected better than this, because the price of the room, and the hotel brand, Swiss Belinn, is famous.
Breakfast was nice, they got decent choices of food and the taste was nice, too.
They had a basement but it was small I guess. So we had to park at the empty field outdoors beside the hotel. It was so hot but they got security to guard the place.
But overall good location, tho, and pretty comfy.

Didn't know what to expect, I booked one night. Boy, how regretful I was. Wish I stayed longer. Bed & pillow were super comfortable. And the surprise? BOLSTER...! I immediately feel at home & indeed, I slept like baby. AC was okay, but the hot water pressure was consistently great, and it made my ritual of hot shower before going to bed perfectly kept. One thing I noticed is how the attention to detail is given to ensure the cleanliness is kept around the clock. 4 times I went to the public toilet and the seat is ALWAYS dry and clean. Yes, I have an serious case of OCD & yet I can't fault the cleanliness. Although a bit dark in Reception desk, Putri the receptionist is always eager to assist. The others need to learn from her professional hospitality attitude. Lobby is small but functional. The Hall meeting room is spacious. My meeting arrangement was easily accommodated and professionally well taken care of by Freshi Moreno. A big thank you for extending your flexibility toward my changing meeting arrangement need. Breakfast selection was varied & satisfying but the group's loud chatters turned off my appetite slightly. Location is great, rate is affordable but at product this good it should've fetched a few more rupiah. Concussion: Stay here. Period. Highly recommended.

When I was in Surabaya a few weeks ago, I tried to stay here because I saw their rooms separate between the women and the male rooms. They provide a single capsule with shared room or a double capsule with private room. There are 8 capsules and 3 small rooms. They are quite unique because they are each different from each other. One contains a shower, one a wc, and one contains a shower, a wc and a sink. Less? Obviously. But they also provide toilets outside the room on every floor. This hotel is perfect for short stays in Surabaya because at about 150 grand you can get a comfortable capsule, private TV in the capsule, easy access to the city center, free wifi, and you will also get breakfast and mineral water facilities. free for every guest. A little note that can be input during my stay here: 1. No phone in the room. So if you need anything, you have to go down to the reception or call the number that is already listed in the capsule. 2. There is no place to hang towels outside the capsule. It is not possible to hang a towel inside the capsule because the capsule itself is small and closed. And finally during the night here I was forced to hang a towel in the bathroom and it caused a bad smell in the morning.
