Great stay! Hotel room was very cozy, bed was just the right firmness and the space was more than adequate. Bathroom is large, though no bathtub. Room even has Netflix alongside cable TV. All essential amenities were provided (shampoo, body wash, shower cap, toothbrush/paste, cotton buds). Hotel reception was great too! Requested for a few items (e.g. comb and sewing kit) which they provided promptly. Does feel like a 4-star hotel in terms of the bathroom aesthetics. However, breakfast was amazing!! The spread they gave is enough for us to taste the different flavours of Indonesia in one buffet. Gym was great too! Overall, really good stay and worth the price.

Different staff members knew our names when we visited various facilities, making us feel genuinely valued and at home. A special shoutout to Adi and Sophia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made a real difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were beautifully presented. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it an absolute highlight of our stay. We also loved the kids' club, which had well-planned activities to keep children entertained. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it a fun and engaging space for families. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, reflecting the high standards of DoubleTree by Hilton. Every interaction was met with warmth and a genuine willingness to assist. If we return to Surabaya, DoubleTree by Hilton will certainly be at the top of our list. Highly recommended!

Overall OK. Large and Clean Prayer Room. Comfortable Facilities. Decent Breakfast. And Very Strategic for access to Jl. Tunjungan Surabaya.

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

Good choice hotel for its location. Walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. Along the roadside walkway, lots of local food shops. Breakfast on 10 floor have wide spread of choices. Will stay again.

Hotel is very strategic. However cleanliness needs to be improved

Good facilities, unique, spacious rooms, cleanliness is not bad, just there is a cockroach one passing by when I want to sleep. For the room it takes time for the preparation unlike other hotels that usually can go in directly when booking. the security guard is a bit unfriendly

The room is quite spacious, it feels like at grandma's house, the air conditioner sm WHny works well even though it looks a long time, the location is in the middle of the city so if grab is cheap, only the pillows are a bit slippery

Very clean and newly renovated hotel. Just that the location is quite secluded. Must have own transportation for more convenience. Room is quite spacious for 2 people.
