The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

strategic location, on the side of the highway. spacious parking. there is coffee tea. drinking water is provided in gallon and there is a dispenser. owner is very friendly If you want to find food, it's very easy, bcs on the side of the road, there are many selling things rekomended 😘

The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!
