My Tower Hotel Surabaya Reviews

First I thought I book the wrong hotel. It’s an old building and looks like abandon from outside. Room is spacious but the toilet is dirty, very low water pressure and no water heater. Ask for the international adapter but not available. Request for both towel and waited for 30min till I went down to lobby and get it. Surrounding by the factories and far from malls and attractions. Good thing is the Indomarket is in front of the hotel. The pool is not clean and the breakfast is so so. We came down at 8am but most of the food is finished, very limited refill and there is no refill for noodles. Sorry not recommended.

The hotel location is good but ITS too long wait the check in progress the receptionist is too slow

The room was not properly cleaned. There were spider webs. The walls are falling off. The hotel looks very dodgy.

The location is bad and when you go there by taxi you have to pay for car entering even for drop only, the room never like picture and it is darker, the toilet has no hand spray and no hot water, stains on bed, and no one to carry your bags, I do not know why it is crowded by local people. Any way do not come here
