The ambience was great. They also had no bottled water per room but they gave us a glass kettle and a gallon of water at the hallway so we could save the earth by using less plastics. Maybe for breakfast need to be upgrade for the menu cause menu so bored

Hotel is worth it with price, menu breakfast in the resto much saverity and yummy, staff they are welcome with visitor, I left my watch in my room, and they were kind enough to find it and return it to me. Good choice if you stay in luminor hotel in Surabaya. View also good.

From 2 to 4 days. Initially wanted to stay only for 2 days but got too comfortable and ended up extending 2 days. Breakfast always delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Also affordable price for laundry in house.

Great hotel to stay✨

Lil' bit dispointed...couse of the air conditioner until they exchange...much better but still not to cold... This is my second stay, which is I'm so satisfied include for the breakfast, but today not too happy. Anyway thank for the solution exchange the room.

Came after ppkm, when you come better you bring your own towel. Good service, food is ok. Overall good, but clean up more. Thank you for your hospitality
