The hotel location is city center, very convenient for travelers. Service is good and warm, they are very kind and patient. Wish Surabaya prosperous and become better 💪💪

Great location because near from surabaya city center. Breakfast menu was okay even it didn't have much choice but the taste was quite tasty. Small room, little bit noisy but clean and good view.

I stayed at Ibis Surabaya City Center one night before my flight to KUL. The stay was okay , the staff was professional and the breakfast was acceptable.

Staying at the Ibis Surabaya hotel was quite satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, and local food can be found behind the Ibis hotel within walking distance. The facilities are adequate, although they are single units even for two occupants. Unfortunately, there is no elevator from the car park, making it quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the car. The food served is delicious and varied, with good service, and uniquely, there is a playground for elementary school-aged children.

The room is Cozy and very convenience. I will be back stay again.

Reasonable hotel. Within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and located right next to a 24 hour convenience store. Room is fairly equipped and clean. Comfortable stay. However towel looks very tired, time to change them. Cleanliness can be improved too!

1. Second time stay, this time 3D2N and experience was not good, stayed at room 117 of 1st floor, many mosquitoes inside 2. Noisy room, annoying noise from motorcycle out there, also from in-house corridor loudspeaker broadcasting background music even in late at night

All staffs had a great attitude、good location、there's a convenience store nearby the hotel,you can buy anything you need.And the room is very clean、got hairdryer and hot water!

Liked everything. Especially the people that run the place, the travelers community, the people that you meet, the location and the stay itself. Can't recommend enough.

Great location. Close to the famous shopping center that is Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest shopping center in Surabaya. Whilst it's could be walking distance, but the heavy traffic made me thought otherwise. Room size is big. Breakfast quite a variety to choose from. Front desk is friendly. Be sure to bring your international adaptor(s), as the deep round socket is unique in Indonesia.
