Simply the worst service that I have encountered in all of my travel. For simple things like towel, water etc - a minimum of 4-5 calls had to be made. On making a complaint at the reception, there was not even an acknowledgment from the staff. Would never recommend anybody to stay in the hotel.

The hotel is great, the service is the equivalent of a 4-5 star hotel. The rooms are always clean. The staff is welcoming and warm.

Small but beautiful hotel, the interior decoration is Omani style, the room is not big and the furnishings are simple, but it has everything you need. The swimming pool area is beautiful and is the highlight of the hotel. The breakfast is also good. The front desk has a chartered car service to go to nearby points.

Good starting point for excursions in the area. The hotel is a bit old but offers a solid standard with a fair price/performance ratio. Friendly service and comfortable beds. Typical local breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes. Free parking next to the building.

Bon hôtel professionnel et attentionné. Les chambres sont bien.Par contre éviter la chambre 417 qui se situe au dernier étage. Un bruit assourdissant comme un bruit de moteur de ventilation est apparu et toute la nuit. Sinon hôtel très propre avec piscine.

Dit hotel is een goed middenklasse hotel. De kamer is schoon en heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is ruim en voorzien van handdoeken.
