Great hotel when you do a stop over in Sour. Bedroom was clean and confortable, swimming pool is very appreciated and breakfast and lunch were of good quality ! 👍

Its a decent 3 star hotel in sur
Could be better in customer service
Breakfast was good
The reservation manger was helpful
The AC didn't cool intoally later on it was repaired

Simply the worst service that I have encountered in all of my travel. For simple things like towel, water etc - a minimum of 4-5 calls had to be made. On making a complaint at the reception, there was not even an acknowledgment from the staff. Would never recommend anybody to stay in the hotel.

The service is very warm and thoughtful. The facilities are a bit old but still very clean and tidy. The restaurant has rich food and is very good.

The room is of a decent size, the decoration is a bit old, but it is relatively clean. The breakfast is rich, the location is a little far from the beach, there are not many restaurants around, but parking is convenient and the gas station is also close. The service is quite satisfactory, not as warm and thoughtful as the hotels in Muscat and Green Mountain, although it is much better than the front desk of Salalah Hotel. Overall, it is OK, it is good to stay for one or two nights as a transit rest

Good, professional, and attentive hotel. The rooms are good. However, avoid room 417, which is on the top floor. A deafening noise, like a fan motor, appeared all night long. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean and has a pool.
