It's my first time in Suqian. This hotel was recommended by a friend. The lobby is grand, the room is relatively large and comfortable. When I entered the room, the door frame was leaking light, and the sound insulation was not good.
The carpet on the floor was very dirty.
The air conditioning did not work well, it was as cold as if it was not turned on.
I checked out at 12:00, but I had not left yet. Instead of calling to ask if I wanted to check out later, they called to urge me to leave. The service attitude was not good!
