Hengfeng International Hotel

I took my baby out for a trip and had too many things to carry. Manager Chen, the lobby staff, was a beautiful lady. She helped me deliver them to the room and also gave the baby some fruit. The cleanliness and breakfast were great. I could enjoy the Grand Canal by opening the window and the sunset at night. It is the best choice for accommodation in Suqian.

We booked the hotel temporarily on the way back. The hotel parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. The location is a bit remote. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the city center, but it is close to the highway exit and the high-speed rail station, which can be reached in about 10 minutes. The front desk upgraded our room type when we checked in. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. There was a bit of odor when we first entered the room. We reported it to the front desk and they sent us an air purifier, which solved our problem in time. When we checked out, they sent us some milk, bread and fruit to eat on the road. This service is very considerate.

The room was very clean. The housekeeper Chen Yan sent fruits and snacks thoughtfully.

I came back to Suqian for a few days to do business, and on the last day I stayed at the "Hengfeng International Hotel" near the high-speed rail station. Unexpectedly, such a hotel gave me a "surprise" satisfaction: from welcome to check-in and all services after check-in are worthy of praise👍. Chen Yan at the front desk warmly tracked and delivered the luggage throughout the process, the room boy promptly replenished the room supplies and delivered them to the room on demand, provided dinner service at the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel, and provided on-demand "packing" service at the breakfast bar on the first floor. Xiao Wang's drop-off service was arranged with the assistance of Chen Yan... Every aspect reflects that all the staff of the hotel are working hard to implement the hotel's corporate culture and maintain the hotel's service concept: moving guests with love, touching forever! Thank you again for the warm service provided by all the staff after staying at this hotel. I will definitely stay again in Suqian in the future.

The room is very good, the massage chair is great, the butler service is very professional and thoughtful, and the breakfast is very rich
