設施各方面都比較新，性價比高，比宿遷市區和新沂的房價都低，交通方便，稍微開車趕點路，過來住一晚還是划算的選擇。近三台山和駱馬湖景區，附近也有網紅麪包店，還會再入住。

酒店管理不太行，如果是過來考試的，不建議住這個酒店。
第一天中午正在睡覺，有人敲門要進來打掃房間。跟前台説了第二天中午不要再敲門了，我們是來考試的，所以需要休息，並且也跟前台説了，我們第二天下午就離店了。可是第二天正在睡覺，前台突然打電話過來，説要查驗身份證，下去遞給她了以後，又説如果退房就不用了。可是第一天已經説了我們是來考試的，不要打擾，並且我們第二天就退房了。感覺要麼前台是故意的，要麼就是這個酒店管理水平太差，沒有服務意識。所以非常不建議要來考試的考生選擇這個酒店。

大堂寬敞，前台辦理入住高效且服務熱情。房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，床柔軟，細節考慮周到，處處方便客人。
早餐種類多還好吃，健身房、游泳池等設施完善。工作人員非常專業熱情，響應需求迅速。
這家酒店無論是設施還是服務都很棒，不論是出差還是旅遊都值得選擇。
