1. 前台服務態度差。到店入住得晚，衹剩位置房型不好的客房。前台説滿房不能升級，但明明小程序上有房可訂，又説有客人微信上聯繫被預訂預留了。2. 設施欠缺。房間被隔去了一部分比正常房小就算了，連張椅子都沒有。跟前台據理力爭，保安大叔送來一張椅子。保安師傅服務態度比前台好百倍。3. 衞生差。房間還未使用，衞生間垃圾桶有衞生紙什麼鬼？捲紙抽紙質量差。地板上還有粘粘污漬未清理。念在時間太晚，忍忍沒有聯繫前台。4. 總結：體驗太差。小程序有券不可用，前台説需要在小程序下單才能用。第一次入住開元名庭，若都是這般服務衞生設施，怕是也不會再選擇第二次。

一家很棒的酒店，進來整體氛圍都很好，前台很有禮貌，還免費幫我升了房型。晚上贈送了特色銀耳羹是真的很暖心，位置也很好，去楚街、金鷹都很近，性價比很高。出差很少吃早餐，這一次起得早體驗了下早餐，菜品還是很分豐富的，口味也不錯，尤其是雞湯很鮮，值得推薦的一家酒店。

酒店性價比挺高，離楚街步行五分鐘，吃飯很方便！服務人員都很有禮貌，熱情！連保潔阿姨和保安大叔感覺都是專業培訓過，比很多五星酒店還好，看來管理人員是用心了的，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，忘記拍照，送上楚街的長魚麪和金箍貓一衹。

酒店房間大小一般，衞生搞的還可以，酒店的服務人員的服務態度都不錯，就是酒店的門頭實在是不顯眼，導航都找不到，要是開車的話停車場也不好找，沒有指示牌。

衞生很差，不是一般的差！圖片可以看的出來！這還是專門讓攜程通知酒店入住前從新檢查過的衞生。早餐十點結束，九點就沒有東西了。餐桌也很臟。酒店加強衞生管理吧！
