本來是衝著2024年新開的去體驗的而且漢庭也是個老牌子了 但是這次這個酒店讓我非常不滿意 首先是安排了一間尾房 非常熱 奇怪的是9樓的高層還有非常多的蚊子 晚上用了電蚊香也還是被蚊子吵得睡不着 其次是隔音非常非常差 而且 衞生間的上面有一塊移動隔板 完全像是沒裝修好的樣子問了酒店的工作人員説是每間房都是這樣的 存在嚴重的安全隱患 也沒有給換房 説是請師傅來看師傅非常不耐煩説都是這樣反正是非常糟糕的住房體驗 第二天考試非常疲勞 建議不要入住！！！而且還出現了惡意降價的情況我是週三週四訂的週六當天去直接降價20元雖然降低的不多這個行為讓人感覺非常噁心！！！而且房間非常非常小！！！

房間非常乾淨，裝修的也很精緻。一日五餐對我們出來遊玩的遊客真是太貼心了。服務更是體貼，忘在酒店的東西也主動打電話來提醒我們。離景區也很方便，玩的非常盡興

這個酒店水壓不好，所以洗澡問題比較多，20點等到23:30才洗上澡，反饋了之後就是在處理，處理完之後是沒有人電話或者以任何一種方式通知你，維修好了可以洗澡了，屬於盲等 早上反饋洗澡問題，告知確實很多房間都反饋同樣問題，衹能給你3個字 對不起，嚴重影響了休息時間，處理方案就是你打電活給店長吧，作為酒店，你出了問題後沒有解決方案，還需要客户再聯繫領導，屬實不存在有什麼服務可言了 我們入住時間都不是旺季，都存在此問題，僅供參考 當天辦入住前台一個名字是找半天，字不認識張口就是沒找到預訂，不多確認一下，非要等到人發火了之後，説找到了 一塌糊塗 房間隔夜很差，除了地理位置和衞生還可以
