The soundproofing is too poor. Don't stay on the ground floor. The toilet flushes loudly. The curtains are speechless and light leaks in the morning. The design is not professional at all. The bamboo stools outside are too unhygienic to sit on. It's far from a five-star hotel.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and gave me a free room upgrade. Suzhou Street is next to the hotel, allowing you to experience the scenery of Suzhou in advance. I highly recommend it.
