服務態度差，洗浴前台換鞋大姐更差，住宿登記是一個財務系統，而洗澡後，洗浴與客房所渭結算是兩個財務系統，，服務説話不好聽👎江蘇宿遷是項羽的故鄉，楚風水韻温泉（假的）水是自來水👎

很棒，酒店裡麪都是恆温的，天氣冷進去也挺暖和的，環境不錯
洗浴門票:很不錯，池子很大，我們入住的時候人不多，一個大池子最開始就我一個人泡，太爽了，服務也很高，揚州搓背好評！
唯一美中不足的，就是早飯的品類有點少

雖然有換房小插曲，但酒店服務確實不錯，衞生設備尤其好，床品也可，房間服務比前台服務細緻到位，免費泡澡是特色，喜歡游泳的有室內游泳池。景區旁又很安靜，停車場超級大。唯一的不足是早餐太太一般，對我們來説幾乎沒有可吃和可口的。

空調一點用處都沒有，房間熱死了，房間太暗，房間也很簡陋，衞生間既然連洗護用品都沒有，還得自己打電話去要。各種不好吧，價格還很高。
