When looking at traveler reviews for this hotel, I noticed that the most recent one dates back to September 2016, with a particularly unfavorable review. Since then, water has passed under the bridge and the Covid crisis has not helped matters. I spent a night with my wife for the first time (and also the last) in this hotel. Direct reservation by telephone. Already, both on arrival and upon our departure, the reception staff had forgotten their smile in the changing rooms….. It is a hotel on 4 levels, around 120 rooms, mainly intended for meetings, meetings of business, weddings, etc. During our stay, there was a wedding and it was crowded. The bedroom is classic as is the bathroom. No hot water in the evening for the shower. Very poor wifi connection. The room has a mini-fridge, TV, kettle (but no tea or coffee bags, no cups either). Breakfast is ideal for Asians, but bad for farangs: rice, rice soup, meat in sauce, fried vegetables, ham, mini sausages. There were fried eggs, but we didn't see the color, except when leaving the restaurant. The coffee is powdered and can be made yourself. No fruit juice (even reconstituted) except water mixed with fruit harvested in the mountains (nammathoum). No croissants, no pastries, just slices of white bread. Large guarded covered parking lot outside. In conclusion, hotel to avoid, and I am surprised that it is ranked in position 6 out of the 16 hotels registered in Suphanburi, especially since there are many more.
