It was very good. Dinner was especially delicious. However, this hotel will be reopened on November 27th and will open in July. Of course, I will book from around May. The rooms on the sea side are more popular, but there is a beach on the first floor, so a reasonably priced room on the mountain side is also good.

The beach is the garden. It has Mediterranean style buildings and plants and a nearby church with a view of Dash Island in front. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hot spring made my skin smooth. The food was delicious with an elegant French touch. If you came in summer, you should have been able to play on the beach. HPとお値段が立派だが、過度に期待しない方が良い。 エントランスは映えるが、海の前というロケーションが売りなので当たり前。 部屋は綺麗だが、アメニティが過剰かな？ 湯上がりのドリンクやアイスバーは、ドー◯ーインもどき！？ コーヒー牛乳は美味しかった。そのうち、夜鳴きそばが出てくるかも。。 エグゼクティブルームということで、ラウンジに期待したが、フードは、全体で1人分のおつまみ程度のしょぼい内容。。サンドイッチやサラダ、ハム位はあっても良いと思う。中途半端な時間だとホテル内で食事できるところが無いので、お腹が空いてしまった。 食べ物の自販機があると良い。 朝食は、1500円位で食べれそうな普通な内容。 せっかくだから地元の漁師の釣りたて海鮮丼などがあれば嬉しい。 夕食のフレンチは美味しかったが、子ども用の肉が硬くて食べられなかった。 強風の中、野外でのバーベキュー。海鮮も美味しく担当のスタッフも親切だったが、風で飛ばないか、火がまわらないか気になって、ゆっくり食事を楽しめなかった。 実際、火が風にあおられて危なかった。 室内の空きスペースを利用するなど出来なかったのだろうか。 ホスピタリティなどと、かしこまった考えではなく、身近で簡単なことからサービスにつなげた方がいいと思う。 プールもあるので、小さい子どもがいれば楽しめるホテルです♪ 海外のリゾートホテルのエグゼクティブラウンジを期待してはいけません。 この値段だったら、東南アジアのリゾートに行くかな。。。

７月２１日(日)から１泊、3階の”デラックスツインオーシャンビュー”327号室に滞在しました。外資系ホテル経験のある支配人を招き、高級リゾートにリノベーションしたと聞き、それなりに期待していましたが、もう少しといったところです。 やはり既存の建物を使ったリノベーションには限界もあるし、ターゲット客層の絞り込みにも中途半端なものを感じざるを得ませんでした。 [客室について] 42㎡ある客室はとても広々としていて、海をインスピレーションしたブルーのインテリアは、開放感があり明るい色調になっています。 フリーのミニバー、こだわりのバスアメニティ等、充実した内容ですが、クローゼットに照明が無い、バスローブが無い事と、リゾートホテルにしてはタオルの枚数が少ない、濡れた物を入れる袋がほしい等もう少しといったところです。 客室からの眺めは最高で、美しい周防灘の海と島々がとてもきれいで、窓辺に置かれたソファに腰掛けて、ゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。 気になったのは、客室に向かう廊下が蒸し風呂のように暑く、エレベーターや廊下が昔のファミリーホテル仕様のままで、古くささを感じました。 [パブリックエリアについて] 玄関を入ったロビーの印象はすばらしく高級感がありますが、屋内プールは子供たちの遊び場状態、ビーチはプライベートビーチでないため、チェアやパラソルがなく、公共の海水浴場となんら変わりません。 オールインクルージブサービスはなかなかなもので、ウェルカムラウンジでの軽食、夕方のラウンジサービス、湯上がりラウンジサービス等、かなり充実していました。 温泉スパも清潔で、内風呂、露天、サウナと、落ち着いた雰囲気で気持ちがよかったです。 気になったのは、早めの到着で荷物を預けたものの、チェックイン時間にその荷物を受け取り、自分で客室へ運ぶシステム、せめて客室に運んでおいてほしいとは思います。 [食事について] 夕食はフレンチのフルコースで、山口県の食材を使用した、かなりクオリティの高い内容で味も良かったですが、もう少しボリュームの欲しいところ、朝食はビュッフェで、和洋どれも美味しかったですが、ライブキッチン等、もう少し目玉となるものがほしいところです。 [総評] 眺望がとても素晴らしく、非日常感をあじわうには良いホテルですが、コスパ的には、近隣の県在住者には良いと思いますが、わざわざ遠くから行く価値があるかと聞かれたら、疑問の残るところではあります。
