Andari Holiday Apartments

We booked two townhouses directly through the Andari website and received one confirmation email back in May with no more communication until two days before our stay in July. My mother in-law forgot she had booked and booked again but was refused a refund of the second booking. On arrival I had to follow up the agent to ask for the details to be allowed to enter the townhouse. The communication was terrible. A workman then proceeded to paint and repair the awning at the front entry of one of the townhouses and so we were stepping over drop sheets and through paint all week. The milk provided by the agent in the fridge was out of date. We mentioned all of this to the agent and there was no care taken to rectify the situation. I would not stay here again and if you choose to stay don't expect good customer service from the leasing agent.

We had a great holiday at Andari . We were lucky enough to have a renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the lower section. There are 5 townhouses on this level. All have bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs with sea glimpses. There are more outdoor stairs to get to the next upper level group of townhouse/apartments. The apartments are a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Sunshine Beach and the pathway to the beach is across the road. Very happy with our stay.
