We welcome you to share our home away from home in the quaint community of Sunset Village. Our first-floor Condo has a panoramic view of a pond and the golf course. No Steps and Handicap accessible parking. Beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, two bath condo with a bright airy interior and tastefully furnished. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD/VHS COMBO, Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, and wireless internet. The master bedroom boasts one king bed, 32-inch flat-screen tv, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a garden tub/shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom also contains one king bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. One of the bathrooms has laundry space with a full-size washer/dryer. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The living area includes a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. The sofa converts to a full-size sleeper. Large sliding doors provide access to a private, screened porch complete with chairs with a view of the pond. Local amenities include two swimming pools (opens April 1), 2 outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and an outdoor grill. Sunset Village is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay, a Dan Maples-designed, award-winning 27-hole golf course. There are over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles! Close to the beaches of Sunset Beach, which is rated as one of the best beaches in the world by National Geographic, and discover the charm of Kindred Spirit on Bird Island. Sunset Beach is less than 10 minutes away; Ocean Isle Beach can be reached in 15 minutes and N. Myrtle Beach is a short 20-minute drive. Calabash is just down the road and offers great seafood. If you like more variety, the N. Myrtle Beach “restaurant row” is a quick 20 minutes away. If you are on a shopping spree, Myrtle Beach is the place to go. Within 30 to 45 minutes, you can shop hundreds of stores from Barefoot Landing to Broadway at the Beach.
