We booked a two-bed room with a sofa bed, which was pretty good. There is Macy's nearby, although the merchandise is limited and the styles are old. It is recommended to ask the front desk for a room with a better view. The front desk service is average.

Very nice staff and amenities. Could have been cleaner just a little dingy. Stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. Overall a good experience.

The Hotel and Staff are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about local attractions and dining suggestions. The Hotel is perfectly located 25-30 minutes' drive to all major attractions in the general area; in addition, there are 6 restaurants, all within 2 min's walking distance from the 5-star hotel and the area.

Hotel was very nice, very clean, and the staff was extremely polite and professional. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Surrounding area as many restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. Did not use our car to go to breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
