I stayed at this location for a week for business. It was always quiet and the staff always greeted you as you left and entered the building. The house keeping service is also top-notch. This property is more suited for a business trip since it is no frills if you bring a family. I saw other reviews of people complaining about noise of the refrigerator or air conditioner. You can turn them off. For you what pay per night, this hotel is worth it.

The stay at DAYS INN & SUITS BY WYNDHAM SUNNYVALE was just such a horrible experience. When I arrived at 8:00pm, the lobby was closed and there was no one at the lobby. It had a sign that says ”We will be back in 15 minutes.” It was raining and cold so I called the number on the sign. It went to a voicemail in Spanish. I waited for 20 minutes and the desk clerk JULIO finally showed up. JULIO was very RUDE. No greeting. No apology. I asked him where I could get the free breakfast. He said ”NO BREAKFAST!” I told him that it was on the website. He just said, ”THE WEBSITE IS WRONG!” Well, if it's wrong, FIX IT! I chose this place because it had breakfast! Around 9:00pm, I had a question so I went to the lobby. The door was closed AGAIN with the same ”Be back in 15 minutes” sign. After I waited for another 20 minutes, JULIO showed up and said, ”What?” That's not how you treat customers! When I was checking out, the lobby was closed again with the sign. I've stayed in many places but this was the first time that the desk clerk was ALWAYS gone! I couldn't return the key and there were other customers trying to find the desk clerk too. I just gave the key to the maid nearby. Apparently, I see on the website that there are A LOT of customers having similar horrible experiences. The owner is responding to all reviews but they are NOT changing anything. That really tells us that they DON'T care about customers. Owner, if you are saying that you are disappointed, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I should have read the customer reviews before booking... It was supposed to be a fun trip for me but it just ruined my trip. I completely lost trust with Days Inn & Suites. I will report this to the Days Inn & Suites corporate.

No breakfast, motel, good location, to overcome psychological barriers, in fact, security is still possible. There is free parking, it is good. The price is a bit higher than the motel, probably because of the location in San Jose.

Had a canceled flight so needed a one-night stay. Booked here for price not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. Amazing front desk managers who really care, friendly housekeeping staff too. Insanely clean room! The bathroom was gleaming it was so clean. Room was very comfortable and so were the beds. Close to airport. Not within walking distance to too much shops or restaurants (McDonalds and Burger King) only disappointment for me. Wonderful little patio out front with tables and chairs to sit and relax. Loved that!

The staff are so friendly and truly do care about your needs or concerns. The beds were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel! We slept like angels, even our son slept through the night. The only downfall is the parking lot being small but there's nothing they can do about that. Definitely home away from home!
