Breakfast is normal , almost same everyday but others are good.

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and overall it's very comfortable. 1. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of knives, utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher 3. Parking is in the basement and is very safe with an access fence. 4. The waiters are very friendly 5. Housekeeping is done once every two days 6. Breakfast is ordinary, usually scrambled eggs, meat strips, bread, and fruit. 7. There is a Korean supermarket next door to the hotel and a Safeway supermarket diagonally opposite. It is within a five-minute walk and is very convenient. 8. There is a donut shop and a Chinese restaurant next door

1. The underground parking lot is fenced and safe. 2. The room is big and clean 3. Clean every five days 4. There is a water dispenser on the first floor 5. Breakfast is average and passable 6. There is a Korean supermarket next door and a Safeway supermarket opposite, which is very convenient.

New hotel but old-fashioned decoration, few breakfast options, good location

As always, Taeli is the best of the best. Engaging, knowledgeable and fun. Having her and Jennifer at the front desk is a priceless advantage for Hilton.

The front desk staff is always my favorite way to be greeted on my weekly business stay in Santa Clara. Jennifer and Taeli always make me smile with their friendly welcome and engaging personalities. They are the 'face' of my engagement with Hilton and one of the main reasons I return each week. Whatever they are paid does not come close to their value. Honestly, without them, I would probably try out other hotels.

I had a business trip and stayed at the Homewood Suites. The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices. I was pleased with the hotel and its comfort and cleanliness.

At the front desk, Tailey is wonderful (as are the rest of the staff). Professional, fun and a great representative for the hotel.

The only thing I found was wrong was the bacon at the breakfast room in the mornings it tasted like it was fake lol plastic like nearly, no flavor at all, and I mean none. I buy low sodium bacon but that right there was like some no sodium no salt no nothing. Other than that everything else was great I really enjoyed my stay there and my favorite thing was the black out curtains

Great location and a newer hotel. The shower and sink pressure was low. Breakfast was good; however, it could use more variety for people with diet restrictions. Overall great stay and comfy beds!

We enjoyed this hotel for a week during the holidays. The staff was friendly, helpful and always around if you needed them. The breakfast was one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

I checked out on September 5th and stayed in room 321. I left my pants and short-sleeved shirt in the closet. However, the housekeeper says they couldn't find my clothes. I'm sure I left them in the closet... They said they would check again and get back to me, but I haven't heard from them since. I can't trust their response here in Sunnyvale.
