The woman at the front desk her attitude was especially terrible incredibly off putting. Rude for no reason and unhelpful wanted to teach us a lesson about checking in and out which was not needed and wasted our time. I hope her demeanor changes for other guests.

Very bright hotel. More than satisfied with the stay at this hotel/motel. Some area were under construction, but it didn’t hinder our stay at all. Walking distance to restaurants, plenty of parking, and spacious clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback was lack of an airport shuttle, but many hotels in this area don’t have any either. Thank you!!

Everything is good except breakfast

Decent for couple of days Clean

Breakfast. After eating breakfast for a few days, my stomach is almost exhausted.

The breakfast is simple and the bagels taste pretty good. There is no restaurant. There are three simple small tables in the garden. Basically, we take them back to the room to eat. There is a swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature. The foyer is being renovated during the stay.

The hotel location is good, it's clean and the breakfast is good and not bad.

The hotel has no elevator, everything else is good

The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is moderate, suitable for business trips to visit clients in Silicon Valley. However, the breakfast has very few types and not many choices, which is its shortcoming.

The overall feeling is good. There is a plaza nearby where Chinese people gather. It takes 25 minutes to walk there. It is quite convenient for eating and shopping.
