Ocean Reserve Luxury Suites Sunny Isles Beach

The front desk does a terrible job of explaining where to park my assigned spot was unavailable due to work on the garage. Had to move my vehicle 4 times. The second set of elevators don't work very often so you have to wait a long time to get in. Multiple outlets in the unit just don't work including the half bath I could go on the only thing good about this building is you can walk to the beach and the bed was comfy . Terribly inconvenient and annoying for a stress free vacation.

The place was above our expectations. We stayed for 2 weeks and we did not want to leave... The fact it's so close to the beach is a huge plus. Spacious and comfortable with an excellent view for the ocean and the laguna alike. The renter speak in broken english , but she was attentive and responsive to our needs. We look forward to travel to FL and check in again at this location.

We stayed at the east tower via airbnb. First off, this is not a condominium complex, its an apartment building. Front Desk - The manager is very good the staff are so so. Know what to expect for procedures before going and pay close attention to billing and so on. Cleanliness - The place was clean and well cared for by a hard working staff. Apartments - Our unit was perfect for a family of four with a full kitchen, 1.5 baths and a nice sized balcony. Location - Perfect! Right by the beach and in the heart of Sunny Isle. Everything you need is close by. Parking - The independent parking lot beside the towers. A bit confusing at 1st but you'll figure it out. Make sure to only park in your assigned spot. All in All - Wed be happy to go back. Hope this Helps

Very nice , very clean ... Newly renovated , friendly receptionist, nice building facility, I would go again also It is very close to the nice golden beach across from the street , very well secured building .

Stayed in Building C Apartment 1124 Owner was not friendly. Said she Charges 5% if using the same credit card. Then pretended nothing would be charged on my card if I zelled her the money. Tried to convince me to get a smaller apartment. I refused. The apartment was extremely dated but clean. She Lied and said the apartment didn’t come with cable; pretended her 3 smart TVs couldn’t log on to Netflix or it was not free, though I explained in Russian via text, I had my own Netflix account. On my third day, she entered the apartment while I wasn’t there and after I complained to the front desk about not having cable. She then “magically” placed a cable box next to the living room TV. Then she canceled my reservation as though I never showed up. When I asked why would she cancel my reservation? She text it was a mistake. When I checked my Master card account, I realized a deposit of $150 was on my card from day #2. In addition, I paid the building $41 or $45 for “registration fees.” I then realized I got “duped.” I called Priceline who told me to call ***********. *********** made me accept a call from the Philippines for customer service and never resolved anything after 1 hour. Because the owner canceled me, I also did not have a pin # for my booking.con reservation. Then I received an email from *********** asking how was my trip. I said I never got my refund. I text the owner, three times after 10 days and she didn’t respond. Finally, I said I would report her to city of Sunny Ilse and that’s when she responded. After, 1 day she said she would “take over her account.” She then requested a bank statement. I never heard from her after that, nor did I can my refund after 1.5 months. This was my first Airbnb and last Airbnb rental thanks to this experience. FYI: owner owns multiple units. After she didn’t answer my multiple texts about the TV, I caught her downstairs registering another unsuspecting customer.

When we arrived at this hotel, the owner Maria informed us that my card is not valid (although it was working, and later we read in reviews she told it to many other people who stayed at this hotel) in order to avoid paying booking fee and forcing us to pay for using her terminal. Then receptionist asked 40 dollars additional fee for checking in and Maria took deposit 156 dol. which she tried to keep. It took us long time of negotiations later on to get back that deposit. Reception of this hotel didn't answer at all. Later we read in reviews that many other guests had the same poor experience. It's worth noting that this hotel has numerous names which creates confusion, such as Holiday Apartments sunny isles, Sunny Miami vacation, Ocean reserve, Miami holiday apartments, Collins Ave Sunny vacation, Apartment vacation sunny isles beach, Miami appartment rental, Luxury miami condos etc. Stay away from this disgusting place if you don't want to spoil your vacation!

OCEAN RESERVE IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT BUT THERE IS ONE OWNER TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE OWNER OF APT 619 IT IS A DUMP THERE WERE ROACHES YOU COULD NOT USE THE OVEN THE DISH WASHER DID NOT WORK THE BLINDES WERE BROKEN AND THGE OWNER IS A THIFE THERE WAS A CLEANING DEPOSIT IN CLUDED IN THE RENTAL BUT HE CHARGED A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $ 200 HE ONLY RETURNED $ 100 OF IT AVOID THGIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

BEWARE: staying in apt 327 in Ocean Reserve Condominium, owned by Mr Alejandro, was the worst travel experience of my life. At arrival, I noticed the apartment was dirty, with a broken shower faucet, wich forced me and my family to have cold showers during my entire stay. The second bathroom had a broken shower faucet too and toillet leakage had problem, wich made a very loud and rattling noise all day and night long. My 1,5 year grandson was travelling with me and I let the property owner and the manager know of all of these problems as soon as I arrived, but dealing with them was dreadful. The manager Mr Sergio went to the apartment, as his wife did, Mrs Natalia, but they did not send anyone to fix the problems. We ended up booking hotels and incurring in extra costs to avoid staying at the place. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THE APT 327 IN OCEAN RESERVE CONDOMINUIM

Perfect location to everything , walking distance (1 block) to the beach, has all the amenitieslike swimming pool , exercise room, pool table, inside store. Good Customer Service! Has Covered Parking space and parking for Guest. Housekeeping very accomodating.
