Myself, my husband, my 16 year old son and 5 year old daughter stayed at the Best Western Plus Premium Inn, Sunny Beach from 20/10/23 for 1 week. We booked Half Board and because we were vegetarians, I confirmed with the hotel at the time of booking if there will be vegetarian options on their buffet. The hotel confirmed that there would be a “selection of vegetarian options on the buffet matching our criteria”. However, the first night we had dinner, there were only some sides available like chips and potatoes and some salads. There were no main courses whatsoever. When I queried this on two separate occasions, the CEO Manager Ivan Todorov and Restaurant Manager Anton Hristov responded in the most rude and cocky manner. I informed them that I had email confirmation of a selection of vegetarian options on the buffet, but they continued to be rude, obnoxious and cocky. When I reminded him that they cannot talk to me in this manner, they started shouting at me in front of all the other guests. My 5 year old daughter and 16 year old son was traumatised by their behaviour. They are bullies who think it is acceptable to insult and ridicule their customers. I have been to several countries around the world and stayed in numerous 4 star hotels but never in my life I have experienced such unprofessional and indecent behaviour from the senior management of the hotel. These people are ruining the name and reputation of the global brand Best Western Hotels and should be removed from their positions immediately. This is not the first time that they have been rude and obnoxious to their guests, but they have deliberately deleted all the other previous bad reviews about them.
