Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive

Well well, for a first time we wanted to try all inclusive hotel, as we have a 2year old and no, never again. The food is from the cheapest products that can exist, we are disappointed from that. The rooms, okey we where in spacious room, but the room was not clean it was dust a lot of dust everywhere, not able move a pillow without sneezing or rubbing your nose. Location is good, but thats it! Not coming back, not recommending..

The hotel rooms are very nice and modern as are the corridors the only thing that let's it down is the lack of tables for dining and small pool and limited sunbeds the 7 days I stayed was good but by the end of it struggling for a table for dinner and no sunbeds became frustrating

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt very welcome during my stay. Would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for a week in grand hotel sunny beach and everything was fantastic. The location was central and close to main attraction and it is right beside the beach. The food from the buffets was great always with a wide variety of selection. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They helped out instantly for anything we asked. If you wanna visit sunny beach, I highly recommended staying in the grand hotel.

Miserable people will behave miserable and write miserable rewiews.. that’s the same miserable people that were leaving towels on sun beds early morning and never turn up. Annoying but we stayed at the bar with Todor who was very friendly, having fun with other participating guests at the time. Drago, Sasha and George in outside grill and oven were great and telling us what’s coming next while we waited for stuff to get cooked. We had a nice stay and will definitely recommend.. Spacious rooms that are clean and tidy. First line, out from the rear entrance and you are on the ***** and beach. Service from the reception, room attendant, all the way to the bar, waiters, FNB manager and even back of kitchen was great, always helpful and willing to go extra mile. That’s our experience.. Food it’s nice, I have a bad stomach but never being sick, so its quality.. the only bad thing is that everything was finishing quick because of some greedy Romanians that were there at the time and were piling the plates like there is no later service, putting stuff in their bags thinking no one sees them. For future visitors .. Please don’t do it, looks bad and is so selfish. Overall very good stay and experience!

I shall start with the good points. Rooms are spacious, storage plenty but no good if you have dressses which need to be hanged. Bathroom small but great shower, just remember to put your bath mat down otherwise the bathroom will flood. Balcony a great size and had a great view down to the beach, just a shame I had to request it be cleaned as this was not touched for 9 days. Breakfast was the only decent meal for me. Going down to breakfast on my first day I chose to sit outside which was the worst decision to make as the tables had not been cleaned from the night before, ashtrays were overflowing, ash all over the table and floor, sticky chairs and tables, left over food from the night before e.g. bones from the ribs! chips and various other food, what made this worst was that the staff were actually walking by this! As for the staff, I have never met such miserable people in all my life, 90% of which did not smile in the 2 weeks I was there, there were a couple of older ladies who did but mostly they walked by you just staring at you thats when they werent on their phones or chatting to other members of staff, lazy is another word I would use for them. Stay clear from the old man cooking the eggs and god help you if you wanted your eggs cooked properly and flipped, his face is enough to make the milk turn sour! RUDE is not even good enough a word for him just horrible. The resaraunt or rather CANTEEN i would call it, as you had to collect your own cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper beforey you were even seated? Again when going for your evening meal I would expect the tables to me made up for you? The food was definatley not to mine or my aunts taste, warm pile of mush was all I could see. we ate out most of the time otherwise it was a case of chips, chips and more chips with salad. As for the pool, it has a green rim around it and under the steps as you climb out is covered in green algi or whatever it is, but I only attempted to go in 1 time and after seeing this I did not bother again. The pool area was only cleaned once in the 2 weeks that i was there, so therefore covered in seagull crap all over the floor, tables and chairs.
