Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

The hotel is new. Google maps has not updated its correct location. If you fail to reach the hotel by driving, please type ‘Hotel Globus’ in your GPS. Breakfast and the orange juice are very good with sufficient choices.
We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water.
The pool closes at 18:00 which is quite ridiculous. I guess we can still swim but without lifeguards.
In general you could expect a new and modern hotel with nice buffet breakfast and close to Sunny beach but not with up to expectation services.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway.
It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Pros: the hotel is renovated, good mattresses, linen. Excellent breakfast.
The location right next to the promenade street is both a plus and a minus, because if the windows overlook it, it is noisy until 1 am.
Cons: no private beach, small pool, very few sun loungers and all are already taken at 8 am. Terrible service, in the bar, if you don't pay attention, they underfill the alcohol. Very poor cleaning. Parking at the hotel is paid 25 leva per day

Breakfast is bad. The variety is small. They collect the remaining cheese and serve 4-5 types of old cheese again the next day.

The rooms new and good, location best. Service terrible. Not nice, childerns on the reception dont know the rules, they give me late checkout until 01:00 pm but at 12:00 knock door few times. Say that cant add member of mariott bonvoy and later manager add this, every thing firstly say no!!! When i talk with hotel manager he dont really answer to my complain and try to say that what problem hotel full book And say that i can to complian

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.
