a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

We are having the most amazing stay at the imperial resort hotel. The staff are amazing especially Olexandra Alex and Eva and Raya they are so positive and lift up my mood everyday. They have so many activities and shows for kids and adults. I really enjoyed the morning stretching and night time shows. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family's travelling and I would love to stay here again

Excellent Hotel, it’s been the cleanest I’ve ever been to. I can’t say nothing bad about this hotel at all, very nice staff and the entertainment was amazing and a big thank you to Alex for making our holiday great and also a big thank you to the bar man that worked hard outside all night to make people holidays special. The only floor I can say is the seagulls but that cannot be helped at all so that is understandable. I think this is a great hotel for kids has everything for them including ice cream but that was mainly for me . Last think the Hotel is in a good location it’s not far from Nessebar and also not far from flower street. If you are reading this review please be careful about the prices on taxis because they like to try give you a high price and I was told it was 25lv no matter the time of day but thank you.

What a holiday didn’t want to come home. Hotel was clean and modern looking. food was amazing, pool was great till the football team came but not the hotels problem. So close to the beach which was beautiful. We went into Nesebar which was beautiful ,the bus is the way to go as taxis and the land train become expensive . Close to sunny beach and aqua parks. Nice little parade of shops outside if you fancied a stroll after dinner. Hotel staff were super friendly especially bartenders and reception team.
