Kuban Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

If you’re Scottish don’t bother coming to this hotel as the food selection is rubbish. No chicken pork beef nothing. Seemingly the menu is catered for European people and no consideration for the uk. Day three here and still not had a hot evening meal in this hotel. Spend your money elsewhere for the price I paid and don’t drink or smoke I would have been better going a cheap bnb and just eating out. But because money is tight I went fully inclusive exspecting to eat as well 1 breakfast which was look warm defo not worth it. Only good thing is the view and the cleanliness of the rooms.

our party of 9 booked to go here in the summer after being told its wheelchair friendly only to find out that it is in fact not! so with 5 weeks before departure we had to book another hotel, i cant say much on the hotel as we didn't go but just wanted to warn people with a disabled family member not to go ( they also told us the lifts break often so be careful if your on a high floor)

I would strongly advise considering other options before booking this hotel. My experience with the food was disappointing, as it felt repetitive and lacked freshness. For instance, leftover pork was repurposed into soup over a couple of days, which wasn't very appealing. Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful, and the management could use improvements. The rooms felt outdated, and there were issues with the lift not working consistently. With so many other great hotels available in Sunny Beach, I recommend checking reviews to find a better fit for your stay.

Just home from Kuban Resort,great hotel spotless clean,all staff were so friendly especially the animation team:Lucas,Rayna,Alex’s and the lovely Daniel.They were amazing with my 3 children,they had so much fun and they were so friendly they felt more like friends.Daniel was a gentleman and runs the team very well their all like family. Thankyou Daniel and team we definitely return love Frances,Sophie,Lucy,Shane

On arrival the reception staff were polite and friendly. Through my stay. I found that the WiFi was rubbish what with My room being in the 15th floor. The lifts were dangerous. They close too quickly and doesn't re open straight way so ur squashed in-between the doors. The lift broke down a few times. The meals in the canteen had a lot of choice but not at its best. The food was not heated to the correct temputure although there was a microwave to heat up the food. The snack bar was ok. It mostly had sweet treats. The ice cream was just lightly flavoured slosh. Not ice cream at all. Some of the restaurant staff were rude. It's not a language barrier as some smiled and gestured to communicate. The rooms were very basic but you pay for what you get I suppose. Needs re wiring and a lick of paint or too wouldn't go amiss. I was pleased that they let me stay in my room for longer free of charge because I had a night flight. They provide us rolls, sandwiches, fruit and water which was nice. I'm not sure if I would go to that hotel again. I'd like to try others. I loved the location because it was right at the beginning of the *****. Things were a bit pricey.

Brilliant hotel great location stayed for a week in this hotel could have stayed longer, yes it is 3 star but it is what you make it the food in the restaurant/ cafeteria as some people called it was nice and with plenty of choice we certainly didn’t starve and tried lots of different things would we return the answer is definitely yes
