Very bad experience!! I booked a suite room expecting comfort and cleanliness, but was shocked by the poor hygiene standards. From the moment I entered, I noticed bugs and flies in the room. I immediately requested a change, but to my disbelief, the second room also had bugs and flies. For a hotel that charges premium rates for a suite, this is completely unacceptable. Even after changing rooms, the problem persisted, showing that this is not an isolated incident but a serious cleanliness and maintenance issue. I have always loved staying in this hotel in the past, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously address their pest control and hygiene problems.

Been here for a few times. Pros: Convenient location with standard room. Hotel was nice to provide complimentary simple decoration and a slice of cake for our birthday celebration. Cons: Housekeeping could be better. Toilet floor is not clean after house keeping, strands of hair still found. Pool close too early at 7pm. Breakfast could do some improvement too.

The location is excellent. Super convenient if you are planning to just shop, dine, play at Mid valley mall. Room is clean and the staffs are all very friendly. The only bad thing is the morning breakfast. It is crazy crowded and long queue. Food is average. Overall a great hotel to stay in JB

The hotel offers direct access to Mid Valley Shopping Mall, making it highly convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious with a pleasant view, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Some amenities in the bathroom were missing. They were not stocked up like comb. Generally clean though there was a clear layer of dust on the marble table. Location is superb. Super crowded, tonnes of holiday makers from Singapore. Generally very comfortable. Price has been going up ever since it opened. I rate it 4.5 stars. Service is good. Bellhops were great.

The receptionist Sarah is very helpful and polite. Very cheerful person. They replace the faulty hair dryer very quickly. Very happy with our stay. Breakfast is okay. Will stay again if we are back.
