Aircon is not cold enough in my room.
You can only access gym from 1pm to 10pm, and on Sunday there’s no staff to issue you gym voucher (the gym is not in hotel building so you need to request for voucher)
Sometimes they don’t clean room and they claim because the power card is still inserted in the room which makes them think there’s someone still in the room.
Anyway not many options of hotel in this small city so…

The floor, bed and table got ants dead body, call to clean up but didnt, very dissapointed, will try look for other hotel next time

The area is really good, theres park nearby and walking distance. Theres a lot of restaurants and convenient store nearby

This us my 2nd stay at this hotel. Excellent service, staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean & spacious. Nearby lots of restaurants & fast food. Definitely will visit again.

The front of the hotel was blocked by the cone to stopped any vehicle parking right in front of the hotel, it happened that when we checked out , it was heavy rain and my husband was practically all wet just to run to the car and can’t get to pick me up from the coveted place due the the cone😓😓. Both of us ended up all wet😭😭😭
