The rooms & facilities were good, location wise and the nearest places like mall or shops are nearby, but since i stay during festive seasons, felt a bit stranged. Receptionist not at the desk most of the time, and having difficulties to contact from room. Overall, just good for a budget staying..

Until early, ask for an early check-in request, you can't have to wait at 2pm, but I don't want to do it, no matter how the conditions are like that, I got a room on the top floor, tired of going up the stairs, the cleanliness of the room is ok, it's clean, but the door slash is broken.

Zul, Ms. Yanti and the day shift team for their outstanding assistance. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, addressing all my needs promptly and with a smile. Their helpfulness and dedication truly made my stay memorable. Despite the satisfactory facilities, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by some of the staff, especially the night staff, I found their attitude unfriendly and unhelpful, which affected my overall experience.
