#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Activities, Safety, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Hotel Smell, Toiletries; The environment is very good, the surrounding vegetation is covered, the air is fresh, and there is no noise from the road. The room is spacious and clean for four people. Swimming pool and gym are a bit small.

Clean, spacious, quiet heating, big hallway, quiet palce, but no seating area for the standard two queens bedroom even there is enough space. Overall great than I expected.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. We also appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom, though we wondered why there were no towel racks in the bathroom. Breakfast selection was quite good for a free breakfast. Would stay here again.

Hot tub was great, wish it was open a bit later than 9:30pm but overall I would recommend stay to anyone.

The location was excellent - right next to the highway that leads to the University of Mass at Amherst. The facilities seemed new and very kept up. The breakfast selection was very good.

Excellent hotel, very clean seems to have been recently updated, typical amenities (pool, fitness center) one of few hotels in recent times that still offer complimentary breakfast which was very good for what it is. Very close to all local stores/entertainment. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area in the future.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Only issue we had was the same issue we (and others) had last time we stayed here, the showers in the pool area were ice cold, to say the least. Solved that by rinsing off back in our room. Other than that a good hotel at a reasonable price.

This hotel is just fine. There was nothing wrong with our stay at all and nothing extraordinarily great either. The room was a little small but I liked being able to have adjoining rooms with my mother. The hotel was clean. The gym is lame. The shower curtains were not great at keeping water from leaking out onto the floor. The complimentary shampoo etc were very small and not the best quality. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
