Premier Inn Newcastle (Washington)

The beds are so comfy, recently had a refurbishment since i last was there and it’s so beautiful! I will definitely be coming back

The staff are amazing helpful and they really go above and beyond to help guests Hotel is spotless room was very comfortable and clean Breakfast was amazing

I cycled here with my family (12 of us) for breakfast, I didn't book but they were really friendly on reception and the staff in the dining area were superb. Great value for money, we'll definitely be going back.

We stayed here as we were attending a competition at beamish and also my son’s birthday. From checking in to leaving the staff were welcoming, friendly and chatty. Room was clean and beds were comfy and we all had an excellent sleep both nights. When we come back from a day out yesterday the lovely staff had left my son a card and chocolate orange

The pillows and bed were great and the fan was a plus for the wife, a good nights sleep was had by both of us, plus breakfast the next morning set us up for the day

We have stayed in many, many Premier Inns over the years, but this is by far the best in terms of staff and the newly refurbished hotel itself. We were welcomed by David and Tania - both staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and the organisation. They went over and above to explain the facilities, to deal with a couple of minor issues, even staying longer than their allocated working hours to deal with them and to guide and advise on places on interest in the area. Every time we saw them, we were met with a sincere welcome and a smile. So attentive. So refreshing! Our Premier Plus room and bathroom were both lovely. Newly decorated, clean and very comfortable. Air con and an opening window were very much appreciated. Lorraine, the housekeeper, was very helpful and ensured that our room was topped up with clean towels and refreshments. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. Great friendly and efficient service in the dining area by Sharon - a genuinely lovely lady. Thank you for a great and much needed restful stay. We will definitely return!
