The look of the outside is no reflection on the inside, you are welcomed to a secure car park, £9 a night. Rooms modern, typical Prem Inn Decided to eat in the restaurant and have done ever since my 6 week tenure in the area Warm welcome received, food was efficient, hot and tasty I can rec chicken and pulled ham pie, steak, smothered chicken, nixed grill, gammon and of course the chicken curry. The staff are fab notably Shakya and Teegan, the chefs ‍ and the 2 duty managers

Great location to stay, warm welcome, comfortable clean room but the car park is a nightmare, twists and turns are too tight, and many cars must have hit the walls looking at the scrapes, low staffing levels on raceday needs working on, and only one lift working didn't help

Not a relaxing place to stay ,the dining room seems understaffed creating a stressful atmosphere while the staff run around trying to do everything. Breakfast was poor ,undercooked snotty fried eggs, cold tomatoes ,dried up wrinkly mushrooms ,poor quality sausages .

Stayed at this hotel many times in last 18 months and brought our Australian friends this time. On our recommendation. Just very disappointed 😞 We felt high standards in this Premier Inn have fallen. We know you can do better. We felt embarrassed to have said how good it has always been.

Basic room but clean tidy and functional. Continental breakfast not a lot of choice a bit boring but full English is fine. Car park very tight up slopes. Not suitable for a large car. TV very small . Location close to shops and other restaurants.

Welcoming arrival and lovely welcome gifts for the kids which was a nice touch. Room spacious enough and all the usual amenities you’d expect. No external or internal noise! Beds much better than the usual hotel chain ones we’ve stayers in before. Really good nights sleep! Car park is tight on the turns if you have a large car…. luckily we don’t.

Sad and need of a good thorough clean. We have stayed at this hotel several times before but were disappointed on this occasion. The entrance from the car park was very dirty, the corridors to the room were not as we would expect someone had run a hoover along the middle leaving edges unkempt. The room appeared to be ok but on dropping something on the floor it was obvious that the bits that were on show had been cleaned but the edges had not been touched for a very long time. The bathroom grouting had mould on it, the bath side was chipped giving the whole room an unpleasant feel. We were unable to get any hot water from the bathroom sink and the extractor fan above the shower did not work.

Booked for a visit to Twickenham to watch England v South Africa. Very easy to get to by car and onsite parking available for only £7 on our visit. Only a £15 Uber ride to Twickers and all round a great location for our trip. Excellent cooked breakfast buffet which was definitely required after our boozy day out at HQ!! Can't blame the result on Premier Inn but definitely made it easier to stomach!!

Another good stay at this hotel which we have used over the past few years. Very comfortable room and the wi-fi worked fine. It would be nice to see the room TV’s upgraded. They are rather small! Many thanks to Melvyn, Jamie and Shakya for looking after us! Their attention to their customers was excellent!

Booked a family room for 19th August for my sons birthday so we could get a full day in at Thorpe Park. Got to the hotel around 8pm, checked in fine. Got to our room all the beds made up, sweets and drinks for the kids nice touch. Then noticed 3 beds, double and 2 singles but only three pillows. Wife phones reception no answer. Go down 4 floors to reception sorry we've run out of pillows. My wife and eldest son then walked over the road at 23:30 to Tesco. The homeware dept was closed off as they shut at midnight, after asking staff they eventually managed to buy 2 pillows. Room was nice, pleasantly air conditioned, quiet and we were comfy enough but not having enough pillows is pretty basic stuff. Car park next to hotel is handy but very snug, for confident drivers only plus you have to pay, get a code from hotel for a discount. Made a claim under the goodnight sleep guarantee and they've been fobbing me off since 23rd August. I get told we're investigating, we it's been FIVE WEEKS now. Love the hotel esp the views of London from the glass lift, fact parking is literally attached to the hotel and affordable. LOADS of food places nearby KFC, Papa John's plus chip shop so cheap vs hotel restaurant. Breakfast at £10 is good catered to a vegan and the rest of us at a little of everything from fruit to cereal to a full cooked English to pastries plus up to 2 kids eat free per adult breakfast purchased. £20 for all you can eat buffet breakfast for 4.

Carpark requested phone number whilst being overlooked from other Carpark users, Low staff to check-in/ could take awhile waiting No coffee machine working both days, was told happens all the time by staff member Long wait for vegetarian option breakfast to arrive

The hotel was alright, parking spaces are small. The breakfast was awful, nothing left, hot food was cold, the coffee machine was broken, the juices had run out, the table was dirty, the remaining bread was stale and there was no fruit salad.

Hotel smelt funny room wasn’t a king size. Only 1 lift working out of 3 . Decor drab needs up dating
