The look of the outside is no reflection on the inside, you are welcomed to a secure car park, £9 a night. Rooms modern, typical Prem Inn Decided to eat in the restaurant and have done ever since my 6 week tenure in the area Warm welcome received, food was efficient, hot and tasty I can rec chicken and pulled ham pie, steak, smothered chicken, nixed grill, gammon and of course the chicken curry. The staff are fab notably Shakya and Teegan, the chefs and the 2 duty managers

Very clean and comfortable hotel, excellent value for money. Staff unfailingly welcoming and efficient. Excellent value pre-booked breakfast. Being right on the end of the M3 was good for us travelling up from the southwest. The only small issue was the limited space in the twin room, I was sharing with a colleague, which meant the beds were too close together. The whole place was immaculately clean and I would not hesitate to stay there again if the need arose.

Great location to stay, warm welcome, comfortable clean room but the car park is a nightmare, twists and turns are too tight, and many cars must have hit the walls looking at the scrapes, low staffing levels on raceday needs working on, and only one lift working didn't help

Not a relaxing place to stay ,the dining room seems understaffed creating a stressful atmosphere while the staff run around trying to do everything. Breakfast was poor ,undercooked snotty fried eggs, cold tomatoes ,dried up wrinkly mushrooms ,poor quality sausages .

Stayed at this hotel many times in last 18 months and brought our Australian friends this time. On our recommendation. Just very disappointed 😞 We felt high standards in this Premier Inn have fallen. We know you can do better. We felt embarrassed to have said how good it has always been.

Basic room but clean tidy and functional. Continental breakfast not a lot of choice a bit boring but full English is fine. Car park very tight up slopes. Not suitable for a large car. TV very small . Location close to shops and other restaurants.

Welcoming arrival and lovely welcome gifts for the kids which was a nice touch. Room spacious enough and all the usual amenities you’d expect. No external or internal noise! Beds much better than the usual hotel chain ones we’ve stayers in before. Really good nights sleep! Car park is tight on the turns if you have a large car…. luckily we don’t.
