The staff treated me like family. The room was clean and provided all I needed for evening meal preparation. The guest laundry was convenient and available at no additional cost except for soap and dryer sheets. The only negatives were no ice machine and having to park across the street at an overflow parking area.

This place is so noisy that you can't get a good night's rest. You can hear the people walking up and down the hall and in their room. This is a fairly new property for Hilton, but they were charging luxury hotel rates for that noisy motel. There are no closet to hang your clothes, safe, blanket or microwave in the room. I had two fridges in my room and I wonder why. First and last staying at a Tru by Hilton.

The only issue that I had was I was supposed to check in Thursday afternoon but didn't make it due to traveling issues,arrived at 1am Friday morning around 1am and still had to pay for Thursday. even though I was staying for the weekend i really don't think that was fair.
