"Need better breakfast selections and have someone there running front desk. It's hard to find someone when you have an issue because Noone is at front desk, sign states had to go upstairs but he was out front smoking. Very unorganized hotel but some has nice amenities."

"Nice place! Exterior looks a bit tired and worn, but inside is very nice. Our room and the common areas were very clean, updated, and well maintained."

"Came here for my son's basketball tournament and just needed a place to stay overnight. It was perfect to the point that we would make a trip back to erie and stay again. The staff was nice and accommodating. Very clean and new looking with comfy beds. The only thing I would change is making sure the breakfast area was stocked more often with food, cups, napkins, etc. Great hotel and location!"

"Connected with Splash Lagoon, this hotel is a little dated with only one elevator. The rooms have a kitchenette and is relatively large. The front desk is nice and polite. If you're visiting Splash Lagoon, I'd choose this hotel especially if you have a need for a kitchenette."
