We do rent out the apartment and so there may be people there during your stay. There are no shared spaces and each has its own lock and separate entrance. There are 3 parking spots available. Please note, our well is dry so we truck in 1,000 gallons of water a week. Please conserve water as much as possible so we do not run out. *Cleaning: if you plan to check out on Christmas day, Thanksgiving day, or Easter day, the cleaning fee will be 1.5x its typical amount.
