When we arrived at the reception, we couldn't immediately check in because they said there was no confirmation from trip.com
I had shown proof of purchase of the hotel voucher but they still didn't believe it and they checked it and said I bought it from Traveloka/Agoda
After 15 minutes, the payment was confirmed okay. Even then, we weren't given a room at the inn, but at another house that Doho also owned. Our ID cards were left as collateral.
The bed was hard, the water heater took a long time to produce hot water.
