This is an extremely convenient location when flying in late or flying out early. The hotel is super clean, staff is very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was terrific! The free shuttle to the airport was an extra bonus! I'll definitely stay here again!

For everything it's very good what I'm disappointed about is the security, there's no friendliness, it doesn't match the hotel's accreditation, unlike other hotels in its class, and yesterday I happened to be on a trip using a motorbike, when I parked my motorbike in front of another motorbike, I wanted to take my motorbike out, I had to move the other motorbike personally, the security guard who saw it just watched with an unpleasant face and didn't help, please fix the security, for the rest the employees and staff in the hotel are very good, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is also delicious

A great option to stay in Sumbawa Besar. Rooms are very light and comfortable with constant hot water & good pressure. Staff are helpful and accomodating as is the manager who kindly drove us to the post office & allowed us to split our booked stay nights over 2 periods & store our luggage whilst on Moyo island. Pool is a welcome reprieve from heat too. Highly recommended
