From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The check-in was smooth, and the staff made me feel truly welcome. The villa rooms and the pool were luxury. A special mention goes to to a guy his name is (Abubaker)— I want to give a special thanks, his kindness, humility, and outstanding service truly made my stay unforgettable. His exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The spa is great, book your spa treatment with mercy she is very good The rooms are large and clean There are multiple pools And a large pool for the kids that is not that deep (Usually kids are small in resorts) The outdoor buffet for dinner is good The services in the hotel is slow, it may take couple of hours to get some extra sheets or towels. Prices are reasonable if the services got better

Great stay, great staff, nice amenities, nice breakfast with good varieties. Great place to get away and relax. Will definitely come back. Just check the tide forecast for your dates if you are planning to spend some time at the beach as the water will recede far away at low tide.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I must say, the staff made all the difference! A special thanks to Alldin, who I believe is the supervisor. He was always there to help, arranging everything quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. The waiters, Malik and Chadan (I hope I got the names right!), were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Speaking of dining, the chef deserves a round of applause! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish exceeding our expectations. Last but not least, the housekeeper of Villa 32 deserves a big thank you. He was kind, friendly, and very quick in his work. The villa was spotless, and his attention to detail ensured we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Everything just perfect, we spend xmas here. We got an upgrade to the large villa with privat appartwment included Breakfast and dinner was served in the villa. The food was delicious and the staff extremely friendly. We will surely come again

I had a wonderful trip and am superb living at Simaisma Resort. Room is spotlessly clean and makes me feel great. Especially thanks to Gayan, Housekeeping Supervisor, for his extra ordinary service, warm hospitality, helpful and very informative. Highly recommended you as a Star! The Simaisma Resort is an outstanding destination for anyone seeking a luxurious getaway. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff, the staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Especially Hana and Eric Awatar Restaurant. And Manoj Housekeeping. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to those looking for a memorable stay with top-notch amenities and outstanding service. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
