I went with my parents and my little daughter to spend the weekend in the city, booked 2 rooms. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very well attended, but when I arrived at the room I was disappointed: sleeved beds, sleeved with sanitation water, windows were not open and the air conditioning was too noisy. The shower was not hot to the night, but needed to talk to the doorway and had no information about the number there. The official was brave when I complained about the shower, saying that the city had finished its energy and the water was going to take to warm up, and I had to wait, and I asked for a room exchange and I was simply ignored. After more than 2 hours, nothing still from the shower worked, I was forced to require a change of room, that is already at 22:00 p.m. I and a little child wanted to take bath and sleep. But the same old beds and sweatshirts were sliced, the breakfast was very reasonable, the bread was hard, at least one room was charged, I believe it was the minimum to be done. I don't recommend and I don't host again.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura para família e para os pets. Gostei do espaço junto ao quarto para meu cachorro, amplo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é muito bom, gostamos da qualidade dos alimentos e variedade, que condiz com o valor da diária. O restaurante, quando decidimos comer lá, nos atendeu bem. Valor dos vinhos é justo, assim como o valor dos pratos, pois são bem bem servidos. O que não gostamos foi que nosso quarto ficou sem arrumação pois não pedimos. Não fomos comunicados que seria necessário pedir para arrumar o quarto e deixar a chave, pois não havia cópia da chave convencional. Fazer uma cópia de chave é algo simples e rápido, não sei porque não providenciam isso. A moça que faz a arrumação é simpática e atenciosa, mas a falha de comunicação sobre ter que solicitar a arrumação foi o que pecou.
