Hotel Wilton Wayanad

Even though the ambience and look are good, the food is very oily. It is not the authentic food of Kerala. They use a lot of oil. I asked for Suruma ( Ayakura) , Tava fry. They brought the same in deep oil fry and then with some masala on top with heavy oil. I could make out the same as deep fried in oil bath, I asked them. He said it is Thava fry and can make another piece and give. He brought another piece, but it was similar one. I doubt he gave me the same piece. One can see a lot of celebrity signatures with photos, signed in their visitor books, I asked for the book to make my comments. They refused and gave me a customer feed back slip instead. Not very honest. I went with my family and friends on a trip to Ooty.

Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. My room was clean, with comfortable bedding and large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. The interiors are tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The in-room amenities included air conditioning, LED TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked Kettle. The rooms also had an excellent view of the surrounding greenery, which made mornings extra refreshing. Service: The staff at Wilton Hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. From check-in to check-out, they were always warm, courteous, and willing to assist with anything I needed. The personalized attention made me feel valued as a guest, and it’s evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. Whether it was arranging a taxi, providing recommendations for nearby attractions, or just offering a friendly chat, the service was impeccable. Dining: The hotel’s in-house restaurant offers a great variety of delicious meals, both local and international. I particularly enjoyed the Kerala-style dishes – Chicken Biriyani were absolutely delightful. The chefs use fresh local ingredients, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. The breakfast spread was also met my expectations. The ambiance of the dining area, with its elegant yet casual setting, further enhanced the experience. Many local and national celebrities visited here and made their visit memorable which was seen from the comments posted in the wall. Amenities and Facilities: They assist your requirements in a thorough professional manner. They also assist to help you arrange sightseeing tours around Wayanad. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and there was ample parking available for guests. I could spot national level VVIP staying there during my stay which shows that many big celebrities used to stay here. Overall Experience: My stay at Wilton Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The blend of modern comforts, excellent service, and a stunning natural setting made for a truly memorable experience. Everything is excellent. Awesome food awesome room and awesome and courteous staff. Only drawback was complementary omlette had minute stones.

The stay at hotel wit-on was wonderful as the service from the management starting from reception to room service was excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant team as the warm welcome and their service was exceptional.

This is one of the best restaurants in Bathery, but what sets this property apart is the service. They are extremely customer centric and courteous and pays special attention to every guest. We stayed here for a night. Stay was comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel, but good enough for people who use the room for 8hrs of sleep. Very neat and clean rooms. Great breakfast!
