Kashmir Mist Resort

The resort is a very peaceful and calm place. Just what I needed. Amidst nature, seeing deers, wild boar, goose, monkeys and the beautiful sounds of little insects is absolutely blissful. It’s a perfect location away from all traffic still very easily accessible to all the things. The owner is such a humble and lovely ***. The hospitality is really something to mention as a special one. The staff Shashi and saroja are so thoughtful and helpful and always asking me and making sure that all my needs are taken care of. The food is delicious and enjoyed all my meals here during my stay. This is a place where I would love to come again and again. Nature at its best and very simple and elegant stay.

Not upto mark. Hot water was not functioning, basic things like brush and tissues are not there in bathroom, bed is very small and was not clean. bath tub is not functioning. We wanted to stay for 2 days to experience authentic home cooked kerala food, but food was not great either. Breakfast being complimentary, we were served minimal dishes. For the amount we paid it was not worth it at all. When we decided to leave the owner asked for extra money as he was stating he is at loss as we first agreed to stay for 2 days. Didn't understand this as he only has 2 accommodation in his property and we were the only guests since last night. I would never recommend this place.I've given 2 stars only because of the owner being helpful in arranging bikes for the 1st day for commute. Dinner was bad; we were served rice with no curry, and I had to eat it with curd. When I asked about curry, he said he could bring us stew. It looks like he just reheated the stew from breakfast we had morning. For the amount I paid I could have stayed at much better properties with good amenities. I regret my stay here.
