Sadly we booked the wrong location, same town name but wrong province mistakenly on the app, as it was very confusing in Turkish, so we let the hotel know as soon as possible in the early afternoon so the rooms could be resold, but no consideration or even part refund given. We called the manager on the suggestion of Trip.com to explain but they showed no care or understanding so we lost our money. 3 rooms. Not very hospitable.

Hotel well located two minutes from the meydan. Central district, shopping, lively. The staff is friendly and attentive. Too bad the rooms overlook a narrow, blind street. Classic but decent Turkish breakfast in a somewhat dull dining room.

Giresun' a ne zaman gitsem tercihim Serenti Pamuk Otel. Merkezi konumu gereği her yere yakın. Şehrin içinde, kahvaltısı, otoparkı, tertemiz odalarında tv, klima, mini buzdolabı, ferah banyosu ile çok konforlu bir otel. Çalışanlar son derece profesyonel ve yardımsever, otel sahipleri inanılmaz yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Katta çalışanlar da işlerini çok güzel ve titizlikle yapıyorlar. Herkes sizi evinizde hissettirmek için elnden geleni yapıyor. İkramları ve güleryüzüyle asla piman olmadığım bir işletme.

Konumu, çalışanların samimi ve saygılı yaklaşımları, temizliği, ikramları, lezzetli ve doyurucu kahvaltısı ile kalbimizi fetheden bu oteli anlatmaya kelimeler yetmiyor. Hislerimize tercüman olan bir arkadaşımız dayanamayarak tüm samimiyeti ile "Otelde değil, misafirlikte gibi hissediyorum. Benim de bir şey yapmam gerekiyor. Lütfen siz de gelin misafirimiz olun İzmir'de" dedi. Yurt içi ve yurt dışı farklı kategorilerde pek çok otel deneyimi olan bir grup insanız. Böyle bir şeyi bu güne kadar ne hissettim, ne de duydum. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalın ve hatta selamlarımızı iletin. Giresun'a veya yakın illere gelme imkânım olduğunda, tereddütsüz burada kalacağım ve tüm yakınlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.
